Delivery Policy:
We will prepare the shipments once the corresponding payment has been confirmed.
The products can be collected from our warehouse or ordered to your home, in both cases the shipping cost is free.
Generally, orders will be sent via GLS, depending on the destination indicated by the customer when making the purchase.
The standard delivery time ranges between 2 and 3 working days. This time will depend on the destination and the selected payment method. Delivery will be made provided that there is confirmation of the availability of the product and full payment of the order has been verified.
The estimated dates and times for delivery should be considered approximate and do not imply a breach of contract in the event of delays. If delivery has not been made within 30 days after the agreed date, the customer will have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund without any additional cost.
We are not responsible if delivery is not completed due to incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the carrier makes the products available to the customer, and the customer or his representative signs the corresponding receipt document.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the products upon receipt and to indicate any relevant observations or complaints on the delivery note.
Return Policy:
The customer has the same rights and deadlines to return the product and to claim for possible defects, whether the purchase was made online or offline.
The deadline to make a return is fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with article 71 of Law 3/2014, of March 27. Except in cases of return due to product defects, the associated shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable in the following cases:
- If the product is not in perfect condition.
- If the original packaging does not accompany the product or is not in perfect condition. The packaging must protect the item adequately, avoiding the use of adhesive tapes or seals directly on its surface.
- When the product has been opened or removed, it is labeled and it cannot be proven that it has not been used.
To make any return, the customer must notify us in advance by email to info@petmascota.net, indicating the corresponding invoice or order number.
After this communication, the customer must send us the product, assuming the transport costs.
